Enriched genes are genes very highly expressed in chordoma when compared to a large panel of normal cells and tissues. This about the panel as being used to establish a distribution for each gene and chordoma is scored relatively to that distribution. Genes on the extreme will be very specific to chordoma.

These controls are of unknown origin. They were provided by Nugen as an example of a successful sequencing run. They were used to make sure the data we obtained is consistent with high quality data produced by Nugen.
